Q: can this machine produce both male and female joint and Bell &socket joint?
A: yes, it is full controlled by PLC. it need only to switch on to make this two joint.

Q: How many Models of your cage welding machine?
A: we model the machine based on the pipe inner diameter, there are HGZ300-1200mm, HGZ 600-2000, HGZ800-2400, HGZ1350-3000, HGZ1800-4000mm. these all the inner pipe diameter.

Q: How fast the machine working?
A: we have two system cage welding machine. one is the normal one. speed about 10 R/Min, so it need 3-8 mins one cage from 300-3000mm. the other is the fast speed one, it is 25 R/Min. it is only for 300-1200 pipe diameter, and special for the Radial Packer Head pipe machine.

Q: What kind of steel wire be used on your cage welding machine?
A: Plain steel , or deformed steel bar. diameter 3.8mm-12mm. if you have special requisition, please inform us.
